Organic Gardening in Northwest Florida

November's bounty:  cabbages, radishes, and broccoli

Gardening can be a lot of work, but the rewards are great.  Here on the Gulf Coast, there is always something to be done, but the reward is fresh garden goodies that are free of pesticides year around.  An advantage to fall gardening is that most of the bugs seem to have gone South with the birds.

These cabbages are looking quite spectacular, but the heads are softball size now.  In a couple of weeks they will be big enough to eat.
